YouTube just released their new channel layout to users. Google is finally solving the problem of accounting for different screen sizes and different resolutions! 

The idea is you use one image (greater than 2120 x 1192) and you can adjust the crop for each for the different experiences (Desktop/Laptop, TV, and mobile). 

It’s a brilliant idea! We’ll see just how many major YouTube stars jump on board with this (for some reason, Toby Turner popped into my head).
